By using Hausaria you agree to these terms.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content. Hausaria has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the app you agree not to post content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass other users. You can report objectionable content or abusive users at any time (Report) and block users (Block) — tap a message/user profile or use the ⋯ menu in chat. We review reports within 24 hours and remove offending content and users who violate these rules. Blocking a user immediately hides their content from you. Violations may result in content removal and account suspension without prior notice.
- Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or content/behavior infringing others' rights is prohibited.
- You are responsible for content you create (rooms, messages, username); we may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.
- The service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue it.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

Hausaria — Kullanım Şartları

Hausaria'yı kullanarak bu şartları kabul edersin.
Uygunsuz içeriğe sıfır tolerans. Hausaria'da uygunsuz içeriğe ve taciz edici davranışa SIFIR TOLERANS vardır. Uygulamayı kullanarak; saldırgan, taciz edici, nefret dolu, tehditkâr, cinsel açıdan müstehcen veya başka biçimde uygunsuz içerik paylaşmayacağını ve başka kullanıcıları taciz etmeyeceğini kabul edersin. Uygunsuz içeriği veya taciz eden kullanıcıları istediğin an bildirebilir (Report) ve engelleyebilirsin (Block): bir mesaja/kullanıcı profiline dokun ya da sohbetteki ⋯ menüsünü kullan. Bildirimleri 24 saat içinde inceler, uygunsuz içeriği ve kuralları ihlal eden kullanıcıları kaldırırız. Bir kullanıcıyı engellediğinde içeriği sana anında görünmez olur. İhlaller, önceden bildirim yapılmadan içerik kaldırma ve hesap askıya almayla sonuçlanabilir.
- Uygulamayı yasalara uygun ve saygılı biçimde kullan. Taciz, nefret söylemi, spam veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik/davranış yasaktır.
- Oluşturduğun içerikten (odalar, mesajlar, kullanıcı adı) sen sorumlusun; kuralları ihlal eden içerik/hesapları kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır.
- Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz/hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz, değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz.
- Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, kullanımdan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
